My name is Melissa and I am the co-owner of Sticks & Strings Archery with my Husband Jesse. Over the past 10 years I have really found a passion in archery. As a female archer, I know how intimidating it can be walking into a bow shop and not really knowing everything about bows or the “technical” terms for everything. At Sticks & Strings Archery we strive to provide an environment that everyone can feel comfortable and confident in, especially my fellow female archers. I want to inspire women to go out and shoot a bow and to feel self-assured in their abilities to shoot. So, guys bring your wives and girlfriends in with you if they are interested in shooting or are new to shooting, I promise she will be in good hands. We want to build relationships with our customers and for them to feel like family when they walk in.

My name is Jesse and I am the co-owner of Sticks & Strings Archery. I am a certified compound bow technician and have been tweaking and fixing bows for years. We specialize in repairing and tuning of compound bows with hopes to build the archery community even more. My wife has pushed me and my abilities to be able to do something I love and am obsessive about; working on bows. I have been hunting since I was 8 months old, when I went with my Dad squirrel hunting in his backpack. For me archery is a part of who I am as a man, I eat (literally), sleep and breathe archery. I take pride in the work that I will do for you and for your bow.
